We connect customers with banks, NBFCs and other lending institutions ("Lending Partners") who ultimately approve, underwrite and disburse the loan. We do not lend money directly unless explicitly stated. The availability, interest rate, fees, tenure and terms of any loan product are determined solely by the Lending Partner and are subject to their credit policy and RBI regulations.3. Use of Website & ContentAll content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, calculators, articles, audio, video, and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.4. Account, Registration & SecuritySome features may require you to register an account or submit a loan enquiry. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.5. Loan Application & DocumentationYou authorise us and our Lending Partners to (a) collect, store and process your personal, financial and KYC information, (b) verify your identity, address, employment, income, credit and other details from credit bureaus, KYC registries and other sources, and (c) contact you by phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp or other channels regarding your application and account. Submission of an enquiry or application does not guarantee approval. Approval, amount, rate and tenure are subject to the Lending Partner''s policy.6. Fees, Charges & TaxesWe may charge a processing / facilitation fee for the services we render; the same will be communicated to you upfront. All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Lending Partners may charge their own interest, processing fees, foreclosure charges, bounce charges and other fees as per their policy and applicable law.7. No Investment, Tax or Legal AdviceThe content on this website (including the loan calculator, blog, articles, FAQs and any tools) is for general information only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision based on the information provided here.8. Third-Party ServicesWe use third-party services for KYC verification, credit reporting, payment processing, analytics, hosting and communication. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, although we choose them carefully. Your interactions with third-party websites or services are solely between you and the third party.9.
